Client Overview:
A fast-growing fintech company offering digital wallet, money transfer, bill payment, and micro-investment services engaged us to revamp their mobile application to enhance usability, visual appeal, and customer trust.

Project Scope:
We conducted a full redesign of the fintech app’s user experience and interface with a focus on simplifying complex financial workflows while aligning with the client’s evolving brand identity. The goal was to create a cleaner, more intuitive design that would improve user engagement, onboarding, and transaction completion rates.

Key Enhancements:

  • Dashboard Redesign: Created a personalized, data-driven dashboard showing balance, recent activity, and quick actions.
  • Simplified Navigation: Streamlined menu and flows for key services like transfers, top-ups, and bill payments.
  • Micro-Investment UI: Designed intuitive screens for small investment plans with risk indicators and visual charts.
  • Security & Trust Elements: Introduced visual cues for secure actions, biometric login, and instant alerts.
  • Dark Mode Support: Implemented optional dark theme for improved accessibility and modern aesthetics.
  • Mobile Responsiveness: Ensured smooth interaction across Android and iOS devices.

Tools & Technologies Used:
Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Zeplin for handoff, user journey mapping, and collaboration via Notion and Slack.

Impact:
The redesign significantly improved app store ratings and user retention. Within the first two months of launch, the app saw a 25% increase in daily active users and a 15% boost in completed transactions.
