The client, a growing HR tech company, aimed to build a comprehensive Applicant Tracking System that could streamline hiring processes for mid-sized to large enterprises.

Project Scope:
Our team was responsible for designing the entire user experience and interface for both the web and mobile versions of the ATS. The key focus was on usability, scalability, and modern design to support recruitment teams in managing high volumes of candidates efficiently.

• Job Posting Dashboard: Easy creation and management of job listings with real-time status tracking.
• Candidate Pipeline: Visual pipeline to monitor candidates across stages like Applied, Shortlisted, Interviewed, and Hired.
• Smart Filters & Search: Advanced filtering to find candidates based on skills, experience, and application stage.
• Interview Scheduling: Integrated calendar view for managing interviews and reminders.
• Responsive Design: Seamless experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Analytics & Reporting: Custom dashboards to track hiring metrics and team performance.

Tools & Technologies Used:
Figma, Adobe XD, Notion (for design system and documentation), and collaboration via Slack and Jira.
